LIFELINE'S RESPONSE TO RECENT LIFE SETTLEMENT MEDIA COVERAGE
As Life Settlements gain popularity, more people are paying more attention to, and have more to say about, Life Settlements. We'd like to take this opportunity to share our thoughts in response to some of the points raised in recent media coverage that aired on a major news network on February 26th, 2007. MAKING LIFE SETTLEMENTS -
AND OURSELVES - MORE ACCESSIBLE

As a company dedicated to education and helping our policy sources better conduct their business, we have launched a variety of new marketing initiatives that you should be aware of. First and foremost, we have recently updated our website. In addition to adding a variety of new marketing resources and other content, we have also made our popular educational video featuring acclaimed actress Betty White available in live-streaming format. Now you can send your potential clients to the site, any hour of any day and they can quickly and easily learn about Life Settlements and The Lifeline Program® from one of the world's most beloved personalities.

On the print side of things, we just put the finishing touches on a new corporate brochure. This redesigned brochure is the ideal promotional piece to give to clients who are interested in learning more about Life Settlements and The Lifeline Program®. It is also a fantastic leave behind for individuals who need more time considering their options.

Finally, our good luck clover gifts have been sent out. To receive yours, contact your Account Manager today and "Get Lucky with Lifeline" this spring!

IS YOUR INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION SUPPORTING YOUR
BEST INTERESTS WHEN IT COMES TO LIFE SETTLEMENTS?

For those of you who are not aware, several prominent insurance industry associations, including ACLI, AALU, NAIFA and NAILBA, have recently lent their support to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) proposed amendments to its Viatical Settlements Model Act (which relates to Life Settlements, as well, despite its name). While it is important to note that the NAIC Viatical Settlements Model Act is still just a model for legislation that state legislatures and regulatory bodies may or may not choose to adopt, the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA) has announced its opposition to these proposed amendments. And, while we consider our viewpoints to be a bit more progressive on some of the issues, we support LISA's interest in presenting the facts to those who would be affected by the proposed changes.

As a likely member of one or more of those organizations, we believe it is essential for you to find out more about the NAIC Viatical Settlements Model Act and how the perspectives and stances held by those industry associations may affect your business. For more information, you can visit LISA online at www.lisassociation.org or contact LISA directly at 407.894.3797

OUR PEOPLE IN THEIR OWN WORDS

NAME Jennifer Laws
POSITION Processing Manager

When I joined The Lifeline Program® in January, even after having previously worked in the Life Settlement industry for several years as a case manager for a Life Settlement Broker, I was still immediately struck by the hardworking, motivated and compassionate attitude possessed by my new colleagues.

As the new processing manager for The Lifeline Program®, I am responsible for overseeing and expediting the processing of all new case files. In this role, I not only manage our entire processing staff, but I also interface with members of other departments on a daily basis. Given the large number of Life Settlement cases we process, there is never a dull moment and every day brings with it new challenges. However, there is nothing quite as rewarding as working on cases from the very beginning and seeing the difference we are making in people's lives. That is really the best part of the job.
