WEBINARS: WE'RE BRINGING LEARNING ONLINE

LIFELINE'S POLICY SOURCE
QUESTIONNAIRE - NOT JUST ANOTHER FORM

Accurate and efficient communication is of the utmost importance in our industry (and definitely to us!). That's why we recently launched an initiative to streamline how we maintain and access important information about our valuable business contact network. Many of you likely have received (or shortly will receive) our new Policy Source Questionnaire.

If you have received it but haven't yet completed and returned it, we encourage you to do so. If you have not received a copy and currently are submitting cases to The Lifeline Program®, please contact Jennifer Laws in our Processing Department, who will be happy to provide a copy to you.

Nowadays, it is more important than ever to always be thinking ahead of the curve and embracing technology that can move your business operations to the next level. Recently, The Lifeline Program® took yet another step in making Life Settlements even easier for our Policy Sources by bringing the ShareFile system into our Processing Department.

This system will enable Policy Sources to securely send files of any size, and any type, to us for review. The system notifies us that a file has arrived and is waiting to be downloaded, providing real-time download status about the file to the Policy Source and confirming our receipt of that important information.

LIFE SETTLEMENTS JUST GOT LUCKIER

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, and to spread a little good cheer, in the coming weeks we will be rewarding a number of Policy Sources with their very own clover gardens. A universal symbol of good luck, these rare and mysterious plants will be part of our spring mailing and are our little way of giving back to some of those who have helped make our business, and Life Settlements, such a success.

NAME Justin Pipon
POSITION Account Manager

As a member of the Account Management team, the main focus of my job is to interface with & support the various Policy Sources we work with on a regular basis. To effectively accomplish this role, I constantly collaborate with our Funding, Processing and Underwriting Departments to track each case file so that I can accurately communicate its status to the corresponding Policy Source at any time.

Over the course of my three years with the company, my job has expanded. Now, I am not only responsible for maintaining existing relationships, but I also have also been charged with strengthening and expanding our network across the country. I assist in the management of our call center, regularly attend trade shows and industry events and participate in programs designed to bring greater understanding to new Policy Sources about our company and our industry.

One of the greatest aspects of my job is the opportunity to work for such a dynamic company in a growing industry. The Lifeline Program® is at the forefront of the market and this leadership position characterizes everything we do. I think that is why there is such a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork here. Everyone works together and supports each other because we are always striving to be the best.
