As many of you already know, the Senior Market Advisor Expo is just around the corner, and once again, The Lifeline Program® will be exhibiting at the show. This exciting event takes place August 22-24, 2007, in Las Vegas, and will bring together hundreds of individuals involved in selling and marketing financial and insurance products to seniors. For several years, we have viewed SMAX as one of our most influential industry gatherings and therefore rely on the conference to not only learn about important trends, but also to promote the many benefits of Life Settlements from The Lifeline Program®.

We are currently finalizing our plans and gearing up for a great conference. Last year, we drew quite a crowd as we invited an authentic Las Vegas showgirl to spend some time with us on the exhibit hall floor. This year, we have something equally as memorable in store. So, stop by our double booth (#102) and see we what we are up to. You won't be disappointed.

And remember: what happens in Vegas could be good for your business!

The Lifeline Program® is currently in the final stages of completing our first online Life Settlement Continuing Education (CE) course. Designed to provide you with some of the credits you need to maintain your licensure, this one-of-a-kind program will enable you to grow your knowledge and your business by learning from the best. Our course will be ready this fall, so please be on the lookout for an upcoming listing of state-by-state availability.
As one of the leading experts in the field, our president, Scott Page, is regularly called upon to provide his perspectives on important issues and concepts in the industry. Scott's latest contributions in this regard can be found in two prominent industry publications, California Broker and Life & Health Advisor. For each of these periodicals, Scott authored an in-depth article focusing on insurable interest and its potential impact on Life Settlements. Scott's keen insight and honest assessment of this timely issue provides an excellent overview of the topic, as well as strategies that may help protect your business.

Please take a moment to read the articles.

After many months of planning and preparation, The Lifeline Program® recently launched a new print advertising campaign in numerous national publications, including California Broker, Life Insurance Selling, National Underwriter, Senior Market Advisor, Insurance Marketing and Agent Sales Journal. Featuring Emmy Award-winning actress Betty White and Lifeline president Scott Page, the campaign's focus is on the two of them smiling while holding umbrellas beneath a stormy sky.

The headline reads "Forecasting Financial Freedom" and the supporting text discusses the many benefits of Life Settlements as well as highlights the availability of our new e-brochure, upcoming CE program, and educational video on our site. The ad will appear in various industry and trade journals for the remainder of the year and into 2008, and based on initial feedback, we expect an excellent response!

To coincide with our new campaign, The Lifeline Program® recently redesigned our website homepage. The new look reflects the modern and conceptual direction of our ads and our approach to consistency. Even more importantly, we recently added a new corporate PowerPoint presentation to the site. Located in the marketing resources section, this valuable resource is available to you to peruse. Please visit www.thelifeline.com to check out these important enhancements.

NAME  Tom Kirrane
POSITION  Director of Business Development

While I am a recent addition to the Lifeline team, my nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry has been a significant asset in my position as the Director of Business Development. In this capacity I oversee account management, business processing procedure, new client acquisition, while working closely with our Funding, Compliance and Marketing departments to ensure effective execution of our business objectives.

Several things attracted me to the Life Settlement industry and, in particular, to The Lifeline Program®. The rapid growth of this industry and its emergence as a valuable life insurance product, as well as the opportunity to be part of an expanding management team presented a great opportunity to me. In a time when certain segments of the financial planning industry have taken a downturn, it is promising to be working with a group that is continuing to grow, and where I can have an immediate contribution to the company's expansion and development.
