The Lifeline Program® Launches Innovative Marketing Incentive Program for Brokers and Agents of the Life Settlement Industry

ATLANTA, Ga., Dec. 9, 2005 -- The Lifeline Program®, a life insurance settlement company, today announced the launch of a series of innovative marketing and sales incentive programs targeted at brokers and agents within the life settlement industry. The company's first program, The Lifeline Bowl, is a football-themed promotion designed to coincide with football's playoff and bowl season. It begins today and will carry forward through Jan. 31, 2006, offering more than $25,000 in cash and merchandise, including a luxury timepiece, a vacation to the Bahamas and cash awards for participating eligible life settlement brokers and agents. "The Lifeline Bowl is the first of many new incentive programs we plan on implementing in the upcoming year," said Stephen Terrell, the company's Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations. "We are experiencing unprecedented international demand for U.S. life insurance policies and want our valued broker and agent network to know that their ongoing and continued support of our company is truly appreciated."

Life insurance settlements enable seniors and the terminally ill to sell existing life insurance policies for sums that exceed their cash surrender values. This type of transaction is growing in popularity among seniors wishing to turn non-performing insurance investments into more immediate financial gains. Participation in the event is extended to brokers and agents who close a settlement contract package with The Lifeline Program® of at least one policy with a minimum face value of $250,000. Those brokers and agents will be eligible to select one space on The Lifeline Bowl playing field for every $250,000 of policy face value closed through the company during the promotion. The playing field contains various cash and prize rewards, ranging from $250 in cash upward.
